Katie Taylor’s 3Arena rematch with Chantelle Cameron is set to draw another sellout crowd to Dublin’s Docklands on Saturday night, promoters have confirmed.

Taylor lost out to Cameron in May’s clash for the undisputed women’s super lightweight title, a fight which was her first on home soil since turning pro back in 2016.

The pair convened in Dublin for the sequel’s press conference back in September where Matchroom UK promoter Eddie Hearn claimed Taylor’s career was “on the line” facing into the rematch.

Hearn went on to add that demand for tickets for the rematch had trumped that of the fight night last May and predicted an “instant sellout”.

The promoters have now confirmed that tickets are now sold out for the event in a post on social media.

On Tuesday evening, The Ticketmaster website listed only resale tickets for the event, with prices ranging from €270 as far as €523.50.

Northampton native Cameron will again put her belts at super-lightweight on the line as she bids to make it two wins from two in Taylor’s backyard.

There is set to be plenty of Irish interest in Saturday’s undercard, with Gary Cully, Paddy Donovan, Thomas Carthy and Emmet Brennan all featuring in bouts ahead of the main event.
